What You Will Work On

You'll own and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads (including Performance Max) and Meta, driving qualified leads for Gabify Connect (our clinic practice management platform) and awareness for our screening and parent-facing products. This covers campaign structuring, audience and keyword strategy, sitelinks/callouts/ad copy, conversion tracking setup, budget pacing, and continuous A/B testing. You'll work closely with the founder and content team to keep campaigns compliant with sensitive-category health advertising policies while maximizing ROAS.

What We Are Looking For

A performance marketer who has managed real ad spend with measurable outcomes, ideally in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or a regulated/sensitive category where platform policy compliance is part of the job. Strong with Google Ads Performance Max campaigns, conversion tracking, and audience signals. Data-driven, comfortable reporting on CAC/ROAS, and able to iterate quickly. Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity preferred.
