Business Outreach Executive

Sector 63, Noida
Full-time
Apply by 7/26/2026

What You Will Work On

You'll be Gabify's on-ground driver for strategic collaborations and school-based screening programs, expanding how early we reach children who need developmental support. This includes identifying and pitching partnerships with schools, anganwadis, NGOs, and educational bodies for Neurolens screening drives; coordinating end-to-end logistics for screening camps (scheduling, on-site setup, parent consent, staffing); building relationships with school principals, counselors, and administrators; and negotiating MoUs or collaboration agreements with institutional partners. You'll also work alongside our government and institutional outreach efforts (similar to our existing engagement with bodies like NIEPID, RCI, and DEPwD), helping extend Gabify's reach into new districts and school networks, and reporting on screening volume, conversion, and partnership health back to the founding team.

What We Are Looking For

Someone with a track record of building and managing institutional or B2B relationships — ideally in education, healthcare, CSR, or social-impact settings — who is comfortable both pitching in a boardroom and coordinating logistics on the ground at a school. Strong at organizing multi-stakeholder events (screening camps, workshops) from planning through execution. Confident communicator who can build trust with school administrators and government/institutional contacts alike. Genuine sensitivity to working around children, disability, and early developmental screening is essential. Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outstation for screening drives and partner meetings.
