Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to proprietary content and features, Gabify does not offer refunds or credits for any products or services once a purchase has been completed.

• No Refunds: Subscription fees for both monthly and annual plans are non-refundable.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. It is the user's responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

• Cancellation: Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to premium features will continue until the billing period expires.

• No Refunds: Fees for one-time purchases, including but not limited to assessments, specialized therapy sessions, or premium content, are non-refundable.

• Access: Users will retain access to purchased content as per the terms of the specific product or service.

Gabify may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund in the following exceptional case:

• Technical Issues: If technical problems originating from Gabify prevent the user from accessing the service for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours.

Note: Any approved refunds will be processed within 60 business days and may be subject to administrative fees.

• Information Required: Users must provide their account details, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

• Review Process: Gabify will review all requests but is under no obligation to grant a refund.

• Prohibited Actions: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Gabify is considered a violation of this Refund Policy.

• Account Suspension: Gabify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in payment disputes.

• Recovery of Funds: Gabify may seek to recover any costs associated with chargebacks or disputes, including legal fees.

• Gabify reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the user's responsibility to review the Refund Policy periodically.
