Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

  • No Refunds: Subscription fees for both monthly and annual plans are non-refundable.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. It is the user's responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

  • Cancellation: Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to premium features will continue until the billing period expires.

One-Time Purchases

  • No Refunds: Fees for one-time purchases, including but not limited to assessments, specialized therapy sessions, or premium content, are non-refundable.

  • Access: Users will retain access to purchased content as per the terms of the specific product or service.

Exceptional Circumstances

Gabify may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund in the following exceptional case:

  • Technical Issues: If technical problems originating from Gabify prevent the user from accessing the service for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours.

Note: Any approved refunds will be processed within 60 business days and may be subject to administrative fees.
